** Terms and Conditions Terms & Conditions Terms and conditions. Making a booking and deposit - To make a booking please complete the booking accommodation form. At the time of booking a deposit of 30% is payable to secure your booking. Payment should be made by cheque to John Gormley or by paying by credit card online. Bookings will be confirmed in writing on receipt of deposit. Please ensure that all details are correct at this stage as it may not be possible to rectify at a later date. Deposits are non refundable unless it is possible to resell the booked accommodation slot at no added cost. Payment – The balance for the booking must be paid for 2 weeks prior to the date of commencement of the booking. For bookings made less than 2 weeks prior to the commencement date the full amount is payable on booking. If full payment is not made 2 weeks prior to the commencement date of the booking we reserve the right to cancel the booking and levy the cancellation charges as detailed below
Damage Deposit – A damage deposit of £100/Euro150 must be paid with all bookings. This deposit will be returned, at latest, within 10 days from last day of booking subject to inspection of accommodation.
Prices – Upon confirmation of your booking we guarantee that there will be no price increase unless the booking is amended.
Cancellations or amendments to booking by client – If for any reason you cancel or amend your booking cancellation charges will apply as shown below. Cancellations will take effect on the day written notification is received from the person who has booked the accommodation.
Notification of cancellation received before booking commencement date.More than 28 days.- loss of all deposit 28 – 15 days – 70 % of total payment Less than 15 days – 100% of total price.
Cancellations by us - In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your booking due to events beyond our control we will offer you the choice of alternative dates and receiving or paying any price difference or a full and prompt repayment.
